Studio Policies

  • At Cass & Clare, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to your salon experience. That’s why we use the Vish system to track color usage and separate the service cost from the product cost in your price breakdown.

    • Service Pricing: This covers your stylist’s time, skill, and artistry in creating your look.

    • Product Pricing: Vish measures exactly how much color and product is used during your appointment. This will be shown as a “Product Charge” on your receipt. You’ll only be charged for the amount used.

    This ensures that every guest pays fairly for their unique service, while also allowing us to reduce waste and remain environmentally conscious.

    Our goal is to keep pricing clear, consistent, and customized to each client’s needs.

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment time to clients on our waitlist.

    A valid credit card is required to book all appointments.

    • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience of your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. In some cases, this may be treated as a cancellation and subject to a fee of 50% of your service if the stylist can not take you due to their schedule.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards for services and retail purchases. A small credit card processing fee of 3% will be applied to credit card transactions. There will be no fee for cash payments or debit.

    Gratuity is not accepted on credit or debit cards. Tips are greatly appreciated via cash or Venmo. Thank you for your understanding and generosity.

  • If you're not completely satisfied with your cut or color, please reach out within one week of your original appointment. We’ll be happy to make any adjustments, in alignment with the original consultation, and with the same stylist.

  • Gift cards are available for purchase directly through our website or in salon and can be redeemed for any service or retail product in the salon.
